- Puff pastry 1 packet
- Roll out the puff pastry. Cut it into rectangles and gently wrap each Wurstel.
- Cut with a sharp knife the Wurstel into pieces about 2 cm and gently place them on the baking tray with a sheet of baking paper, not too close because they increase their size in baking.
- Bake at 200° for 20 or 25 minutes.
- Let them cool a bit before eating and serve on a nice tray.
