Ingredients
  1. Beef brooth 400ml
  2. 2 Potatoes
  3. 2 Carrots
  4. 2 Artichokes
  5. Salt
  6. Black Pepper
  7. Butter 40 g
  8. Flour 40g
  9. Nutmeg
  10. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  11. 1 Lemon
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a little pan, add the flour and brown for a few seconds.
  2. Then add gradually the hot beef broth.
  3. Season with nutmeg, adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook of overlow heat stirring about 10 minutes.
  5. Clean the artichockes, cut them into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  6. Peel the carrots and the potatoes and cut all into slices.
  7. Cook all vegetable with steam about 10 minutes, after arrange them in a greased baking dish with butter, alternating the vegetables by color.
  8. Sprinkle with the simil " béchamel" and grated Parmesan Cheese.
  9. Let brown in hot oven at 200° for 10/15 minutes.
  10. Then serve.
