Ingredients
  1. 300 g of flour
  2. 100 g of sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 100 g butter or margarine
  5. a packet of yeast
  6. 1 pinch of salt
  7. a teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl put in the flour, sugar, pinch of salt, baking powder and vanilla.
  2. Add the egg and stir with a wooden spoon.
  3. Combine the butter almost melted, stirring constantly and milk.
  4. Mix using your hands if you are unable with the spoon.
  5. If the dough is too creamy to be put in the fridge for half an hour.
  6. Roll out the dough on a work surface, about 1 cm high.
  7. With the molds cookies created by so many different forms. If you do not have them, maybe a glass.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until they are lightly browned.
