Ingredients
  1. 250g of flour
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 knob of butter, softened almost melted
  4. 2 tablespoons sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons of brandy
  6. 1 pinch of salt
  7. Icing sugar
  8. Seeds Oil
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and butter, add the flour and brandy with a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix vigorously until dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Let repose the dough about 30 minutes covered with a cloth.
  4. Roll out the dough a few millimeters high, cut into strips with the wheel zig-zag and fry in plentiful hot seeds oil.
  5. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Notes
  1. If you do not have icing sugar at home, you can do this by putting regular sugar in the mixer and make it yourself.
