Rose apple and puff pastry

Ingredients
- 1 roll of puff pastry, make sure it's round
- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- a sprinkling of cinnamon
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 lemon
- 1 small cup of water
Instructions
- Slice the apples washed and peeled.
- Put them in a bowl with the lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes. Melt the butter in a pan and add the apples, sugar, cinnamon and the cup of water.
- Cook about 10 minutes, then allow to cool in the apples so you can touch without burning.
- Cut the disc of puff pastry into rectangles along the curve. With the outer part is obtained three strips.
- In the second band two and the last is one. Arrange the apples in a row slightly overlapping along the edge of the pastry cut. Close the puff pastry by folding it in half.
- Gently roll the dough into a rose.
- Close pressing end. Put the roses in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving roses.
