Ingredients
- 300 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g butter or margarine
- a packet of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl put in the flour, sugar, pinch of salt, baking powder and vanilla.
- Add the egg and stir with a wooden spoon.
- Combine the butter almost melted, stirring constantly and milk.
- Mix using your hands if you are unable with the spoon.
- If the dough is too creamy to be put in the fridge for half an hour.
- Roll out the dough on a work surface, about 1 cm high.
- With the molds cookies created by so many different forms. If you do not have them, maybe a glass.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until they are lightly browned.
