Ingredients:
2 eggs per person
wurstel to taste
Olive oil
salt
pepper
Cut into wheels the Wurstel and put into a little oil in a frying pan and brown a few minutes. Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper and pour the mixture over Wurstel. When the omelet is well-founded will help you with a lid to turn it this way: cover the pan with a lid, move on the sink, flip the pan (be careful excess oil leak in the sink) you will now have the omelette on the lid, put it back into the pan and slide it gently.
