Ingredients
  1. 4 artichokes
  2. 500g of lasagne
  3. diced ham
  4. breadcrumbs
  5. 1 mozzarella cheese
  6. 3 cloves of garlic
  7. an half glass of white wine
  8. salt and pepper
  9. olive oil
  10. béchamel (500ml) see the recipe
Instructions
  1. Clean and slice the artichokes and keep them in a little water with lemon juice for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the artichokes and cook them in a pan with oil, garlics, salt and pepper.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and cook for 15/20 minutes until tender result.
  4. Take a baking pan and grease.
  5. Make a layer of sauce, a layer of pasta and béchamel.
  6. Put in order: artichokes, ham, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with another pasta, béchamel and so on.
  8. On the last layer put the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, pepper and a few olive oil.
  9. Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
