Ingredients
- 500 g of lasagne
- 1lt of béchamel here's the recipe
- 500 ml circa of Ragù here's the recipe
- Grated cheese (Parmesan or Grana)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Grease a baking pan with a little oil and spread a little gravy and a little béchamel on the bottom.
- Make a first layer of lasagne and cover it with a rich Ragù and béchamel.
- Make at least 3 layers alternating lasagne, Ragù and béchamel
- on the top of last layer, sprinkle the grated cheese.
- Put all in the oven preheat at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
Notes
- If you use pasta that doesn't need a fast pre-cooking, prepare a béchamel more liquid, and the same for the Ragù.
