- 350g of linguine (a long kind of pasta)
- a yellow pepper
- a red pepper
- 80g smoked cheese (scamorza)
- 2 shallots
- olive oil
- thyme
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
Instructions
- Cut the peppers into cubes and the smoked cheese in “julienne”. Mince the shallots and fry with the thyme in a little olive oil for 2 minutes in a large pan.
- Add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes, adding a little water, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the pasta "al dente" and add to the sauce with the minced parsley and smoked cheese.
