  1. 350g of linguine (a long kind of pasta)
  2. a yellow pepper
  3. a red pepper
  4. 80g smoked cheese (scamorza)
  5. 2 shallots
  6. olive oil
  7. thyme
  8. salt
  9. pepper
  10. parsley
Instructions
  1. Cut the peppers into cubes and the smoked cheese in “julienne”. Mince the shallots and fry with the thyme in a little olive oil for 2 minutes in a large pan.
  2. Add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes, adding a little water, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the pasta "al dente" and add to the sauce with the minced parsley and smoked cheese.
