Ingredients
  1. 320g of pasta, (short pasta like penne, half penne, etc...)
  2. 3 large leeks
  3. 100g of speck diced
  4. Olive oil
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
Instructions
  1. First one, put water on to boil and cook the pasta. Leeks and speck ham cook while pasta is boiling.
  2. Clean and cut into slices the white part of the leeks.
  3. In a large pan put a little of olive oil to warm up and brown the speck diced inside for a couple of minutes. Then add the leeks.
  4. Cook stirring often.
  5. Drain the pasta 2 minutes from the end of cooking, add to the sauce in the pan and fry a couple of minutes.
