Ingredients
- Rice 400g
- 4 big pomegranates
- Half onion
- Broth 500ml
- Stick of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- A teaspoon of Curry
Instructions
- Prepare the broth, it should be warm.
- Wash and cut the pomegranates in two parts, squeeze them like an orange with a citrus juicer.
- Collect the juice and clean the half peel.
- Save a few grains of pomegranate for the final decoration.
- Mince the half onion and fry in melted butter, when it is browned add the rice.
- Toast, stirring, then add a little broth.
- Continue turning until it is dried, then add the juice of pomegranates.
- Continue to turn until the rice is cooked, adding a teaspoon of curry and more broth if is necessary.
- When cooked, take the half peels and fill in it with rice, garnish with a few grains of pomegranate and serve.
