Ingredients
  1. 400g of spaghetti
  2. extra virgin olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons capers
  4. 6 anchovy fillets
  5. 3 cloves of garlic
  6. 150g pitted black olives
  7. 500g of cherry tomatoes
  8. parsley
  9. salt
  10. Chili pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a pan put some oil with chopped garlic and anchovies.
  2. When the garlic is browned and the anchovies are melted add the olives pitted cut in half.
  3. Add the chopped capers with the mezzaluna knife.
  4. Put to cook spaghetti, and add the tomatoes to the pan.
  5. Cut in half those too big.
  6. Drain the pasta "al dente" and pan fry all with the minced parsley.
