Ingredients
  1. Milk 500ml
  2. Flour 50g
  3. Butter 50g
  4. Salt
  5. Nutmeg to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat the milk in a a pot apart.
  2. Melt the butter on low heat, once melted add the flour a little at a time.
  3. Add the milk a little at a time, stir constantly so as not to form lumps.
  4. Stir until it thickens, add salt and nutmeg.
  5. Cook until boiling it will take around 15 minutes.
  6. Make a Béchamel thicker for fillings or more liquid for seasoning.
