Ingredients
  1. 400g of minced beef
  2. 1 rib of celery
  3. 1 onion
  4. 2 carrots
  5. A big bunch of parsley
  6. Tomato puree 500g
  7. A glass of red wine
  8. Half stock cube
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Clean celery, onion, carrots and parsley. Mince all finely with a grinder or mezzaluna knife.
  2. Fry all in olive oil for about 10 minutes. Add the meat, salt and pepper in a generous amount, and sauté about 5 minutes, then add a glass of red wine and let evaporate.
  3. Cook over low heat for another 10 minutes. Then add the tomato puree, half stock cube and cover with a lid.
  4. Let cook, stirring occasionally at least an hour.
