This is a delicious sauce for pasta. The quantities are to taste. The pepper’s color isn’t important. If you have done too sauce, put it in a box and then to freeze.

Ingredients
- Tomato puree
- Peppers of various colors
- Salt
- One teaspoon of vinegar
- One teaspoon of sugar
- Olive extravirgin oil
Instructions
- Clean and cut the peppers into small pieces and put all in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Brown them about ten minutes, adding a teaspoon of vinegar and a teaspoon of sugar. Let evaporate the vinegar for about 5 minutes, add the tomatoes and salt.
