Serves 4:
600g boned chicken in small piece
1 tablespoon of Curry powder
1 onion
2 carrots
1 tablespoon of flour
1 glass of milk
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
In a bowl put the chopped chicken with a tabelspoon curry to season. Finely cut julienne onion and carrots and put them together to cook in a pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces, salt and pepper. Cook a few minutes. Add a glass of milk and a few minutes later a tablespoon of flour. Finish cooking and serve hot with chicken and carrots.
