Chicken with tomato sauce and vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 3 carrots
- 1 rib of celery
- 1 onion
- Tomato puree
- parsley
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash and cut into small pieces the celery, onion, parsley and carrots.
- Brown all in a little vegetable oil.
- Use more carrots if you want to get even the side dish.
- Clean and cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and add to the pan.
- Brown it a bit adding salt and pepper.
- When has browned add the tomato sauce by adding a little water if needed.
- Cook about half an hour.
- Then serve.
Dukan version, fit to cruise phase
- Proceed as follow.
- Take the chicken cut with the skin and put them in the pan without the oil. All oil needed will be released by the chicken skin.
- Add salt and pepper.
- When it browned add the chopped vegetables. Add water if you need.
- Cook about 15 minutes and add the tomato puree.
- Cook another 15 minutes and serve.
- Remember of don't eat the skin of the chicken.
