Ingredients
- 8 fillets of Pangasius (2 per person)
- 2 fillets of pangasius head
- 150g of breadcrumbs
- 60g of grated cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic
- a sprig of parsley
- olive oil
Instructions
- Thaw the fillets Pangasius and check there are no remaining fishbones.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Chop garlic and parsley previously washed with the mezzaluna knife.
- Put everything in a bowl with salt, pepper and grated cheese breadcrumbs and stir.
- Spread baking paper on a baking tray and pour a little of the mixture, place on top of the fillets, salt and grease with a little oil.
- Completely cover the fish fillets.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- To brown the fish switch on the grill for 2 minutes.
