Ingredients
- 6 Artichokes
- 2 cloves
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon
Instructions
- Clean and cut the artichokes.
- Put them in a bowl with water and a clove of lemon.
- Mince the garlic and fry in few Olive oil.
- Add the artichokes, salt and pepper.
- Cook about 20 minutes adding water if they became dry.
- At half cooking add the Parsley.
- Serve hot.
