Ingredients
  1. 2 cloves of garlic
  2. parsley
  3. Olive oil
  4. 6 artichokes
  5. Tomato puree
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Lemon
Instructions
  1. Clean and cut into small pieces and place the artichokes in water and lemon.
  2. Mince the garlic with parsley and fry in a little oil.
  3. Add the artichokes (without the water), and a little salt and pepper.
  4. Cook covered for 10 minutes.
  5. Add a little tomato puree and cook another 15 - 20 minutes.
