Ingredients
- 1 Roman cabbage
- seed oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Clean the cabbage and cut the plumes.
- Put a wok on the stove with a little oil to warm up.
- Add the cabbage and jump over a high heat for about 15 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper. Stir often so as not to burn the cabbage should be cooked but crispy (not burnt!).
