Ingredients
  1. 2 eggplants
  2. Some red tomatoes
  3. 3 fresh mozzarella cheese
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Oregano
  7. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Slice the eggplants in order to obtain discs of about one centimeter thick.
  2. Arrange in a greased baking pan.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place a slice on top of each eggplant.
  4. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and place a slice on top of each tomato, one for eggplant. Spend a little oil on each small pizza, salt and pepper and sprinkle of oregano.
  5. Bake at 200°  for about 25/20 minutes and serve hot.

Fit to cruise phase
  1. Delete the olive oil from the recipe and use light mozzarella instead normal.
  2. Proceed as described.
