Clean and cut the aubergines into cubes. In a pan, fry the 2 minced garlic cloves in few oil for half a minute. Add the diced eggplant.
Beat the eggs as normal omelet and cook in a pan with a little oil. When it cooked add 2 slices of ham turkey and the slices cheese. Wrap all and wait a minute until the cheese will be melted.
Beat 2 eggs with salt and pepper. Clean and cut into strips the pumpkin flowers. Brown half pumpkin flowers in few vegetable oil for 1 minute. Add the rest of the pumpkin flowers to the beaten eggs. Put all in the pan and cook for 5 minutes until it’s golden.
