Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs per person
  2. 2 slices of ham turkey
  3. 2 slices cheese
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs as normal omelet, add salt and pepper and cook in a pan with a little oil.
  2. When it cooked add 2 slices of ham turkey and the slices cheese.
  3. Wrap all and wait a minute until the cheese will be melted.
Dukan version, fit to attack phase
  1. Don't use any vegetable oil, use instead a nonstick pan.
  2. Use only light ham turkey with 0,1% or 0,2% of fat.
  3. Use only light slices cheese.
  4. You can do this with light chicken ham too.
