First one, put water on to boil and cook the pasta. Leeks and speck ham cook while pasta is boiling. Clean and cut into slices the white part of the leeks.
Cut the plumes of the cabbage and wash. In a pan with a little olive oil fry the garlic, chili pepper and anchovies. Melt the anchovies and then add the cabbage cover and cook about ten minutes, adding a little water if it needs.
Mince the parsley and put it in a bowl. Clean, mince and fry the onion in a little olive oil. All in a big fry pan. Add the peas and let cook for at least 5 minutes. In meanwhile clean the squid and cut them in regular ring.
