Penne gratin

Serves 4:
350g of pasta
2 ripes tomatoes
100g of diced ham
mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan cheese to taste

 

Cut into little cubes 2 ripes tomatoes, ham and mozzarella cheese. In a frying pan with a little olive oil cook the ham and tomato for 5 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook the pasta “al dente” and season with a tomato and ham. Grease a baking dish and put all inside, cover with mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 200° in preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and a bit colorful (I here for the final touch turn on the grill to brown the surface).
