Ingredients
  1. Rice 400g
  2. 4 big pomegranates
  3. Half onion
  4. Broth 500ml
  5. Stick of butter
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. A teaspoon of Curry
Instructions
  1. Prepare the broth, it should be warm.
  2. Wash and cut the pomegranates in two parts, squeeze them like an orange with a citrus juicer.
  3. Collect the juice and clean the half peel.
  4. Save a few grains of pomegranate for the final decoration.
  5. Mince the half onion and fry in melted butter, when it is browned add the rice.
  6. Toast, stirring, then add a little broth.
  7. Continue turning until it is dried, then add the juice of pomegranates.
  8. Continue to turn until the rice is cooked, adding a teaspoon of curry and more broth if is necessary.
  9. When cooked, take the half peels and fill in it with rice, garnish with a few grains of pomegranate and serve.
