I had some doubts about making this recipe, but the flavor and tenderness of chicken surprised me. It’s an American recipe of the southern states. Worth trying is delicious, but not so diet!
75g of butter or margarine
a few cloves of garlic
a teaspoon of ginger or chili powder
100g of honey
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
Preheat oven to 200°. Clean and cut the chicken into pieces. Prepare the sauce by melting the butter (in the microwave or in a saucepan), peeled and finely chop the garlic. In a large bowl, add the melted butter with the garlic, honey, vinegar, salt, pepper and chilli. Stir vigorously and place the pieces of chicken that will completely soak the sauce. Put the chicken pieces in a baking pan pour the remaining sauce over the chicken. Bake for approximately one hour. Serve with a side salad.
