Ingredienti
  1. 400gr di spaghetti
  2. olio di oliva
  3. 6 filetti di acciuga
  4. 2 cucchiai di capperi
  5. 3 spicchi d'aglio
  6. 150gr di olive nere snocciolate
  7. 500gr di pomodorini ciliegino
  8. prezzemolo
  9. sale
  10. peperoncino a piacere
Istruzioni
  1. In una padella mettete un po' d'olio con l'aglio tritato e le acciughe.
  2. Appena l'aglio si è rosolato e le acciughe si sono sciolte aggiungete le olive snocciolate tagliate a metà.
  3. Unite i capperi tritati grossolanamente con la mezzaluna.
  4. Fate insaporire nel mentre che bolle l'acqua.
  5. Buttate gli spaghetti a cuocere e unite i pomodorini nella padella.
  6. Scolate la pasta al dente e saltate tutto nella padella insieme al prezzemolo tritato.
