This is a delicious sauce for pasta. The quantities are to taste. The pepper’s color isn’t important. If you have done too sauce, put it in a box and then to freeze.

Ingredients
  1. Tomato puree
  2. Peppers of various colors
  3. Salt
  4. One teaspoon of vinegar
  5. One teaspoon of sugar
  6. Olive extravirgin oil
Instructions
  1. Clean and cut the peppers into small pieces and put all in a pan with a little olive oil.
  2. Brown them about ten minutes, adding a teaspoon of vinegar and a teaspoon of sugar. Let evaporate the vinegar for about 5 minutes, add the tomatoes and salt.
  3. Cook another 10 minutes until the sauce is ready.
