This sauce is very good whit short pasta as pennette or farfalle.
a clove of garlic
chili pepper (optional)
1 can of diced tomatoes
Mince the onion and cut into 4 pieces the garlic clove. Brown them in a little oil if you like hot, add chili pepper to taste. When the onion is browned, add the drained tuna oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes then add the diced tomatoes. Cook for another 15 minutes and the sauce is ready.
