Round red tomatoes, at least one per person
Cut in half the tomatoes and place in a baking pan. Spend a drizzle of olive oil over each half. Finely mince the parsley and place over the tomatoes. Finely mince the garlic and put it over the parsley. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with bread crumbs and oregano, end through a final round of olive oil. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, check the cooking because they have to stay a little firmer.
