Baked turkey hip with potatoes

Serves 4:
hip turkey
salt
pepper
rosemary
sage
garlic
potatoes

Debone the hip turkey that have one bone only. Mince rosemary, sage and garlic and mix with salt and pepper. Grease the inside hip and sprinkle with the mixture. You can also insert a sprig of sage and rosemary whole inside.
With a twine tie around the hip rolled, also grease the outside and sprinkle with the mix created. Cut and clean the potatoes, add in the cooking baking tray with meal.
Bake at 200° for about 30 minutes, prick the meat to check the cooking.
