A clove of garlic
Sauté a clove of garlic in a little olive oil. Add the chicken pieces salt and pepper. Cook over high heat until the color the chicken. In the meantime, clean the peppers and cut into strips. Add the salt and pepper to the chicken browned. Cook until the complete cooking of the peppers. All need to cook for half an hour, then serve.
Fit to cruise phase:
To make this recipe in Dukan mode, for cruise phase, simply remove olive oil and cook all whithout. Add a glass of water if need.
