Ingredients
  1. 1 chicken
  2. 3 carrots
  3. 1 rib of celery
  4. 1 onion
  5. Tomato puree
  6. parsley
  7. vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Wash and cut into small pieces the celery, onion, parsley and carrots.
  2. Brown all in a little vegetable oil.
  3. Use more carrots if you want to get even the side dish.
  4. Clean and cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and add to the pan.
  5. Brown it a bit adding salt and pepper.
  6. When has browned add the tomato sauce by adding a little water if needed.
  7. Cook about half an hour.
  8. Then serve.
Dukan version, fit to cruise phase
  1. Proceed as follow.
  2. Take the chicken cut with the skin and put them in the pan without the oil. All oil needed will be released by the chicken skin.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. When it browned add the chopped vegetables. Add water if you need.
  5. Cook about 15 minutes and add the tomato puree.
  6. Cook another 15 minutes and serve.
  7. Remember of don't eat the skin of the chicken.
