Chicken with tomato sauce and vegetables

Ingredients:
1 chicken
3 carrots
1 rib of celery
1 onion
Tomato puree
parsley

Wash and cut into small pieces the celery, onion, parsley and carrots. Fry in a little oil. Use more carrots if you want to get even the sidedish. Meanwhile, clean and cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and add to the pan. Brown it a bit and add salt and pepper. When has browned add the tomato sauce by adding a little water if needed. Cook about half an hour. Then serve.
