Ingredients
  1. 8 fillets of Pangasius (2 per person)
  2. 2 fillets of pangasius head
  3. 150g of breadcrumbs
  4. 60g of grated cheese
  5. 3 cloves of garlic
  6. a sprig of parsley
  7. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Thaw the fillets Pangasius and check there are no remaining fishbones.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Chop garlic and parsley previously washed with the mezzaluna knife.
  4. Put everything in a bowl with salt, pepper and grated cheese breadcrumbs and stir.
  5. Spread baking paper on a baking tray and pour a little of the mixture, place on top of the fillets, salt and grease with a little oil.
  6. Completely cover the fish fillets.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. To brown the fish switch on the grill for 2 minutes.
