Ingredients
  1. A piece of pork loin (italian arista) 500g
  2. Potatoes 600g
  3. Sage
  4. Rosemary
  5. Garlic
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
Instructions
  1. Mince sage, rosemary and garlic, previously cleaned.
  2. Mix with salt and pepper in a dish.
  3. Tie with twine the roll of meat, because it keeps its round shape, grease it with some oil and sprinkle with the aromatic mix.
  4. Cut the potatoes into chunks and add them to the meat past a little olive oil and bake in oven at 220°.
  5. You don't need add salt because the potatoes will take flavor from the seasoning of the meat.
  6. Let cook about 30  / 40 minutes for a piece about half a kilo.
