Ingredients
  1. 6 Artichokes
  2. 2 cloves
  3. Parsley
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Lemon
Instructions
  1. Clean and cut the artichokes.
  2. Put them in a bowl with water and a clove of lemon.
  3. Mince the garlic and fry in few Olive oil.
  4. Add the artichokes, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook about 20 minutes adding water if they became dry.
  6. At half cooking add the Parsley.
  7. Serve hot.
Notes
