Ingredients
  1. 500 g of Brussels sprouts
  2. Olive oil
  3. Tomato puree
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Half onion
Instructions
  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts.
  2. Mince the half onion and brown in a pan with a few hot Olive oil.
  3. Put inside the Brussels sprouts and let cook about 10 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Add the tomato puree.
  6. If necessary add a glass of water and finish to cook in about 10 minutes.
