Eggplant au gratin baked

1 eggplant
olive oil

Cut the eggplant into slices and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season each slice with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Put the baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 °.

Serve hot as a side dish.
