Ingredients
  1. 2 garlic cloves
  2. 2 eggplant
  3. Olive oil
  4. Basil
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
Instructions
  1. Clean and cut the aubergines into cubes.
  2. In a pan, fry the 2 minced garlic cloves in few oil for half a minute.
  3. Add the diced eggplant.
  4. Add salt and pepper, and some leaves of Basil
  5. Cook over high heat for about 20 minutes.
  6. Add water if you see them dry too much.
