Serves 4:
300g peas (frozen too)
an half  onion
a pinch of salt
3 teaspoons of sugar
olive oil

Fry in a little oil, minced onion and two cloves of garlic. Add the peas and stir. Saute for 2 minutes, then add 3 teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Cook ten minutes over low heat, then add a little broth, salt and the minced parsley. Reduce the broth, it will take at least 15 minutes and serve.
