Purple cauliflower stir fried
It's a variation of usual white cauliflower, the flavor is the same, but it's more funny.
- A purple cauliflower
- Oil for fry
- Take a purple cabbage (it costs about the same as the traditional white cabbage), clean it by removing the leaves and cut them into pieces.
- Heat the wok with vegetal oil and cook the cabbage with a bit of salt on high heat for about ten minutes, stirring often. It should brown but not too much.
- Serve hot.
