Ingredients
  1. 250 g of Spelt, to short cooking time
  2. 400 g of Beans
  3. Some radish
  4. Parsley to taste
  5. 2 cloves of garlic
  6. Olive oil
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil the beans in water with salt for the time indicated on the package.
  2. Boil the spelt too in water with salt. Maybe have different time of cooking, so cook them separately.
  3. Drain all and let cool.
  4. Mince the parsley and garlic.
  5. Cut a piece of radishes into rounds and some small cubes.
  6. Add the minced parsley and garlic, beans, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and season with a little oil.
  7. The salad is ready now!
Notes
  1. If you use the beans in can and Spelt to short cooking time the time for prepare all is very short.
