Ingredients
- Beef brooth 400ml
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Artichokes
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Butter 40 g
- Flour 40g
- Nutmeg
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a little pan, add the flour and brown for a few seconds.
- Then add gradually the hot beef broth.
- Season with nutmeg, adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook of overlow heat stirring about 10 minutes.
- Clean the artichockes, cut them into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Peel the carrots and the potatoes and cut all into slices.

- Let brown in hot oven at 200° for 10/15 minutes.
- Then serve.
