Ingredients
- 700 g of potatoes
- 600 g mushrooms
- 50 g of grated cheese (Parmesan)
- 200 g of fresh Provolone (Italian cheese)
- A sprinkling of marjoram
- Parsley
- A clove of garlic
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Boil potatoes 15 minutes in a pressure cooker, peel and mash.
- Cut and clean the mushrooms that can be optional mixed or mushrooms (Porcini), frozen or ready to use.
- Place to fry in a pan with a little oil the garlic and then add the mushrooms to cook with salt and pepper for about ten minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut into cubes the Provolone cheese and combine with mashed potatoes, along with 2 whole eggs, marjoram, parsley, grated cheese and stir vigorously.
- Add the mushrooms and stir well.
- Grease the molds and fill each with the mixture (requires 7).
- Bake the pies mushrooms at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, until a crust has formed.
