Ingredients
  1. 700 g of potatoes
  2. 600 g mushrooms
  3. 50 g of grated cheese (Parmesan)
  4. 200 g of fresh Provolone (Italian cheese)
  5. A sprinkling of marjoram
  6. Parsley
  7. A clove of garlic
  8. 2 eggs
  9. Olive oil
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes 15 minutes in a pressure cooker, peel and mash.
  2. Cut and clean the mushrooms that can be optional mixed or mushrooms (Porcini), frozen or ready to use.
  3. Place to fry in a pan with a little oil the garlic and then add the mushrooms to cook with salt and pepper for about ten minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut into cubes the Provolone cheese and combine with mashed potatoes, along with 2 whole eggs, marjoram, parsley, grated cheese and stir vigorously.
  5. Add the mushrooms and stir well.
  6. Grease the molds and fill each with the mixture (requires 7).
  7. Bake the pies mushrooms at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, until a crust has formed.
