Ingredients
- For a baking tray of 24cm needs 250g of chestnuts flour
- Water
- Walnuts, pine nuts, raisin to taste
- a few of rosemary
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- In a bowl put the chestnuts flour and add the water stirring until to obtain a fluid batter.
- Add walnuts, pine nuts and raisin.
- Grease the baking tray and pour the mix with a few rosemary and oil on surface.
- Put in the oven and cook about 25/30 minutes.
