Chocolate cake

Ingredients:
200 grams of butter
200 grams of flour
200g of sugar
50 grams of cocoa powder
50 ml of milk
5 eggs
100g of dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
icing sugar to decorate

Before proceeding with the preparation of the cake, pull the ingredients out of the fridge at least a couple of hours earlier. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Melt the butter in a double boiler and also do a little bit cool. In a large bowl beat the butter with the sugar and the flour. Add one egg at a time, then add the melted chocolate and a pinch of salt. Add the baking powder and sifted cocoa powder. Stir to make everything smooth and bake at 180 degrees in preheated oven for one hour. With the toothpick test can evaluate the cooking.
