Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 110gr of sugar
Instructions
- Beat until stiff the eggs white. Add slowly sugar until you have a dense cream.
- Preheat the oven to 140°, cover a baking pan with baking paper, and with a spoon or sac à poche you have a little bit of dough.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or one hour.
- Let them cool and free them from the baking paper with a spatula.
