Ingredients
  1. 2 egg whites
  2. 110gr of sugar
Instructions
  1. Beat until stiff the eggs white. Add slowly sugar until you have a dense cream.
  2. Preheat the oven to 140°, cover a baking pan with baking paper, and with a spoon or sac à poche you have a little bit of dough.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes or one hour.
  4. Let them cool and free them from the baking paper with a spatula.
